APA Pool 2009 – lost

Lost this match too, but I at least played well. I beat the guy 2 out of 5, every other game (The last game I just got skunked).

Nate (coach) gave me some really good advice that won me a game and got me rethinking my whole concept of defense.

Also I learned it is folly to attempt to juggle when you’ve been drinking!

Slinging – First video

This is the first video I’ve made of me slinging.

Many people don’t understand the difference between a sling and a slingshot. A sling is not stretchy. It’s just a flat piece of cloth and 2 strings.

They were used by the ancient Greeks, Egyptians and even before that. Range and lethality were on par with bows of the time.
