October 6th, 2008This is the stupidest thing I have directly experienced recently.
- I have a bill that comes every month I need to pay (mortgage).
- The morons who send this bill have an issue with their bills and envelopes where about 50% of the time the address isn’t completely visible through the hole in the envelope, and I don’t receive said bill.
- I called them to rectify this and was told it is either my fault, or the post offices fault, but that they would definitely not say that it is THEIR fault.
- The supervisor I spoke to went on to say that it would be impossible to fix because it would mean changing something about the way their system works (such as bigger bills, or smaller envelopes)
Now sure, I can call or check their site to find out what my payment is, no problem. But this is still retarded.
