Yeah I finally got some weights and started doing more than the cardio and stretching portions of p90x.
Wow, am I ever sore. Kind of a whole-body sore. It’s good though, it lets me know it’s working!
I recommend the weights below. They are adjustable, but not anywhere near as expensive as some other adjustable sets. These work fine if you don’t need anything heavier than 25 lbs, and if you are new to p90x I can just about guarantee you that you won’t use all 25lbs for quite some time.
