26 miles aint that bad.
July 29th, 2008So I’ve started riding my bike to work. I can tell I’ll be in great shape from this, but it’s more because the consistency of exercise, not because it is super-hard.
Honestly my butt hurts more than my legs, stupid bike seats…
My goals are:
- To be in better shape when I can afford to return to jiu-jitsu than I was in when I left.
- To cut my time to under an hour (I take 1hr 20min now)
