Basic fire safety is important!

October 17th, 2007

Important safety tips for not having your house burned down when someone comes over:

  1. Do not *want* anyone to burn your house down.
  2. Do not purposefully wait till your potential house guest is troubled and feeling more pyromanic than ever before in their life.
  3. Do not invite them over under the pretense of helping burn your house down.
  4. Do not use every dirty trick in the book to convince your house guest to help you burn down your house, despite their reluctance.
  5. If they still drag their feet take it as a sign that maybe this is a bad plan.
  6. Do not help them pile up the wood, pour the gas, and light the match. Don’t do any of those things by yourself either.
  7. Do not gleefully dance naked in the front lawn as your house burns to the ground.

Following these simple steps will ensure that your guest’s will never burn your house down, and your analogies are always ridiculous.
