I was happy to attend the Jorge Gurgel seminar Saturday. I forgot how much I miss those guys. I can’t wait to make it back to class regularly.

It still amazes me how much more there is to learn. Just when you start to think you know some shit you see or feel something and realize how much you’ve yet to learn. Hearing Jorge talk the same way, I know I’ll never run out of things to learn.

It was good to get back out on the mat, even if I ralphed my brains out afterwards (3 hours of taking turns, ramming your knee into each others stomach = my kind of people! lol)
